Techniques
The temporary bonuses are not cumulative. EX: Once you obtain the 10 point bonus to Spirit your bonus is only 10, not 15. Certain Techniques can be taken on more than one occasion please see Custom Technique Info here for more details.
Shunpo (Flash step): Is a movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. The focal point that determines the basis of this technique is speed. As speed is the main point of the technique the method is best characterized by how fast one can get from point A to point B in the least amount of steps.
Requirements: Rank 2 and 25 speed
Cost: 1 TP
Sonído: is a technique mainly used by Arrancar which allows them to move at extreme speeds, making it equivalent to the Hohō that Shinigami use and the Hirenkyaku that Quincy use. It also makes a different sound; rather than the swishing or sometimes silent Flash Step of the Shinigami, Sonído makes a booming or static sound.
Requirements: Rank 2 and 25 speed

Bringer Light: Fullbring can also be used for high-speed movement. When doing this, a Fullbringer's feet will begin to emanate a light green light called Bringer Light. This is a sign that the user is beginning to master Fullbring.

Hirenkyaku (Flying Screen Step/God Step): is a method which Quincy use to travel quickly over short distances. Essentially, it is the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo, or the Arrancar's Sonído.
