"Pass me whatever"
The sympathetic bartender gave a nod as he filled a mug up with the golden liquid as it poured smoothly against the wall of the mug through the pouring nozzle. He slid the mug with ease as Auryuu's eye struggled to follow the glasses movement. He barely felt the smooth texture of the glass on his limp hand that was waiting desperately for the cold risky beverage.
He lifted the glass with ease suprisingly as he took a big sip of the bold drink. Slowly he consumed more and more until it felt like a few seconds or minutes before he could feel no more liquid touch his lips. Minutes felt like hours to Auryuu as he slowly drifted off in a drunken aloofness. He was a quiet reflective type of drunk. Everybodies voice in the popular bar bothered his ears as he struggled to ask for another drink with a slur.
"Another"
Auryuu's mouth was gaped open. His sorrow and loneliness no doubt becoming visible as he walloed into a wide pool of self pity. Usual he would carry himself strong, but what was his quality of life really worth now adays? Being hunted, tossing away his old friends, and being away from the only home he ever knew. Nothing but his guiding spirit was left. Atleast Mono Shan was supportive. None of his followers even really knew him too well on a personal level. It really was his zanpaktou which was his only friend.
Glasses piled up soon; One after another. Slowly Auryuu's line of clear thinking became hazy with drunkeness. His emotions slipped from his secure mind, as if a lockboxe broken by explosives. The bar carried on unnoticibly as his eyes began to water with tears he hadn't let out in the past. He smeared them with his hands as he tried to shroud the immediate sadness.
